1 How does IGC maintain interaction with students' parent?

IGC Group places a premium on family involvement, emphasizing the critical companionship with parents in terms of education.

For Kindergarten: We launched IGC Kiddy Portal. After the completion of admission, parents are provided with accounts that allow them to keep track of learning programs, menus, their children’s development, agenda, and instruct them in learning and playing with their kids at home using "parents do, parents ask" activities...

For Primary - Middle - High school: Using VNEdu, parents are able to monitor the academic performance of their children and other news or announcements from schools.

We hold parent-teacher conferences twice a year, at the beginning and end of the school year, to gather information from parents and to share important information with them. With the utmost respect for individuality, meetings between parents and teachers to discuss students' academic results are privately arranged one-on-one.

2 What are the IGC Group's requirements on teacher qualification?

All teachers who have completed all required formal training have demonstrated professionalism by adhering to the MOET-issued set of teacher standards. Our teachers are required, by IGC regulation, to attend our internal periodic training sessions led by local and international specialists.

3 When will the school admissions process begin?

The admission is available all year. Parents are welcome to visit our schools at any time. Our consultants are available to assist parents in determining the best time for their children to be admitted.

4 What country are the native teachers from? Are they fully certified? Are they given the opportunity to train while working in IGC schools?

Foreign teachers in IGC schools are required to hold certain teaching certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA and are required to attend regular training sessions led by global educational institutions on teaching skills.
