The Indochina Teacher Exchange 2025 was recently organized by IGC Group, bringing together teachers from across the system and international partner institutions. The program created meaningful opportunities for professional collaboration, cultural exchange, and expanded perspectives in an ever-evolving global education landscape. 

Throughout the program, teachers engaged in a wide range of professional activities such as working with English departments at IGC School campuses, observing and delivering model lessons, and sharing innovative teaching approaches for the future. These sessions offered practical insights into classroom organization, creative instruction, and effective student engagement. The open-mindedness and collaborative spirit of the participating teachers fostered a dynamic learning atmosphere and enriched the sharing of effective instructional practices. 

The delegation also visited multiple IGC School campuses to explore operational models, learning environments, and the distinctive educational cultures of each unit. These school visits offered international educators a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s education context while sparking new ideas for future cooperation. 

 

A highlight of the exchange was a field trip to Dong Nai Cultural and Natural Reserve - Ma Da Forest, where teachers immersed themselves in nature, discovered local culture, and strengthened connections beyond the classroom. These shared moments not only built lasting friendships but also laid the foundation for sustainable partnerships among participating institutions. 

The Indochina Teacher Exchange 2025 concluded with renewed inspiration and meaningful takeaways. The program reaffirms IGC Group’s commitment to fostering an international learning environment, nurturing a forward-thinking teaching workforce, and empowering students to grow into confident, capable global citizens.
