On August 8th, HR Asia, a premier HR publication in the region, named IGC Group as the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia." This marks the third consecutive year (2022, 2023, and 2024) that IGC Group has been recognized for its outstanding workplace environment and leading HR practices. 

The "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" award involved a meticulous selection process, including the review of applications from hundreds of companies, interviews, surveys of company representatives and employees, and an overall assessment of employee engagement (Total Engagement Assessment Model - T.E.A.M). According to HR Asia's survey, IGC Group achieved high scores across the board, particularly in three areas: 

• CORE: 4.57/5 
• SELF: 4.79/5 
• GROUP: 4.81/5 

In addition to this accolade, IGC Group was also awarded the " Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards" title for 2024, recognizing its commitment to fostering diversity of perspectives and backgrounds, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees to reach their full potential, and creating an inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive.
